CP Compliance Geeks is led by Cartina Pinkney. Cartina brings 26 years of experience in Affordable Housing and Property Management. She has served as the Senior Vice President of Compliance for two NAHMA top 100 companies and has acted as LIHTC/HUD Compliance Specialist, Compliance Manager, and Vice President of Compliance.
Cartina has expert knowledge in LIHTC polices and regulations, HUD/Section 8 and Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) policies. Specializing in Acquisition Rehab, Cartina ensures LIHTC policies and procedures are followed in numerous states such FL, GA, MD NJ, NY, OH, PA and VA many more. Cartina is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Certified Credit Professional (C4P), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS), and Tax Credit Specialist (TCS).
